Camp Boss cum Patrol Guard

The Camp Boss cum Patrol Guard is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the camp premises through regular patrols while managing the daily operations of the camp, including accommodation, hygiene, and overall welfare of the residents. This dual-role position requires vigilance in security matters and efficiency in camp administration to provide a safe, organized, and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol Guard Duties:

• Conduct regular patrols within and around the camp premises to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and conflicts, taking appropriate action.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, such as restricted access, ID verification, and surveillance monitoring.
• Maintain detailed logs of patrol rounds, security incidents, and any notable observations.
• Assist in enforcing company rules and discipline within the camp.
• Coordinate with local authorities or emergency services as required.

Camp Management Duties:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the camp, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.
• Oversee the accommodation of employees, ensuring proper allocation and adherence to camp rules.
• Ensure the availability and proper management of utilities, such as water, electricity, and waste disposal.
• Supervise catering services, meal distribution, and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain inventory records for camp supplies, furniture, and equipment.
• Address and resolve employee concerns related to accommodation, security, or facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms, restrooms, and common areas to ensure proper upkeep.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations in compliance with company policies and local laws.
• Coordinate employee check-in/check-out procedures with HR and administration.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security and/or camp management.
• Previous experience in a labor camp, staff accommodation, or security role is preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and camp administration.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work long hours, including night shifts, if required.
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and capable of performing patrolling duties effectively.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards for labor accommodations.
