Camp Counselors Needed for Spring Break Camp

We're looking to hire passionate, creative and enthusiastic camp counselors who love working with kids. This Spring Break Camp runs for one week, M-F from March 30th through April 3rd. Possible growth opportunities within the company once camp ends.

As a Spring Break Camp counselor, you’ll spend your time supervising, entertaining, and mentoring kids. Your typical day with campers will involve helping and leading games, activities, and an overall fun experience for kids ages four to ten years old.

Camp runs for one weeks from March 30th-April 3rd. Monday through Friday 9 am-3 pm.

Duties:
- Supervise and engage with campers during daily activities
- Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities
- Provide guidance and support to campers in developing social skills and positive behavior
- Assist with meal times, ensuring campers are following dietary restrictions and promoting healthy eating habits
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for campers
- Collaborate with other camp staff to create a positive and inclusive camp experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a camp, daycare, or similar setting

- Experience working with children ages 4 years to 10 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for children of various ages
- Experience in tutoring or educating children is a plus
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Arts, STEM, and/or sports experience is desirable
- Must be at least 18 years old

-Able to come in person to our Santa Monica based school for a secondary interview and training
