Camp & Facilities Coordinator - Property Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day property management activities
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation
  • Follow up on rent collection and payment records
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with facility and technical teams
  • Maintain property records, contracts, and compliance documents
  • Assist in inspections and property handover processes
  • Prepare periodic reports for management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in property management (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of tenant coordination
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,750.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
