Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all camp operations and accommodation facilities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene standards within the camp.
  • Monitor room allocations and maintain accurate occupancy records.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, plumbing, electrical, and other facility issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor accommodation regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common facilities.
  • Manage housekeeping, laundry, catering, and security services.
  • Maintain camp inventories, including furniture, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle employee accommodation requests, complaints, and welfare issues.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for camp residents when required.
  • Prepare monthly reports on camp occupancy, maintenance, and operational expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Camp Manager, Accommodation Supervisor, or similar role in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor accommodation standards and HSE requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
