Job Description : Camp Manager

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage day-to-day camp operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and catering.
• Ensure proper accommodation arrangements for staff as per company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the camp facilities.
• Monitor staff attendance, behavior, and compliance with company rules.
• Coordinate with HR and Administration regarding employee accommodation, transfers, and requirements.
• Oversee camp inventory, supplies, and utilities to avoid shortages.
• Handle employee complaints and resolve issues related to camp facilities.
• Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure timely repair of electrical, plumbing, and other facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of camp residents, utilities usage, and related reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor in UAE or GCC.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of camp management, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
• Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is a plus).
