Job Title: Camp Boss
Location: Sajja, Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee our workers’ accommodation in Sajja, Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years experience in the construction field and be capable of maintaining camp operations, hygiene, discipline, and welfare of the camp residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the camp
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the camp premises
• Monitor staff attendance and ensure rules and regulations are followed
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams
• Handle inventory and supplies for the camp
• Resolve any issues related to workers’ welfare promptly

Requirements:

• Two years of experience as a Camp Boss or in a construction is require
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage large groups of workers and handle logistical tasks
• Must be currently available in the UAE,

Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,000 to 2,500 per month (based on experience)
