Site Foreman – Construction

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in supervising construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Allocate tasks and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers on-site.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays and wastage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Site Foreman in construction projects (preferably in the UAE).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read drawings and implement instructions accurately.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
