Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision
• Oversee daily marble installation works, ensuring alignment with project drawings and specifications.
• Assign tasks to masons, helpers, and subcontractors, monitoring productivity and progress.
• Ensure proper handling, cutting, polishing, and fixing of marble and stone.
• Quality Control
• Inspect marble materials delivered to site for quality, size, and finish as per project requirements.
• Ensure correct methods of installation, joint treatment, leveling, and finishing.
• Report any defects, damages, or discrepancies to the Project Engineer.
• Coordination
• Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and consultants for approvals and site inspections.
• Coordinate with storekeepers and logistics for material availability and timely delivery.
• Attend site meetings and update project progress.
• Safety & Compliance
• Enforce safety rules and site discipline among workers.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and client specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
• Record manpower allocation, material usage, and site issues.
• Provide weekly updates to the Project Manager.
