Job Title: Foreman (Construction – Villas)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent and experienced Foreman to join our construction team, overseeing all on-site activities for villa projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the UAE, with a solid understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage workers and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for villa construction and maintenance projects.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor work progress to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and UAE regulations.
• Monitor the use of materials and equipment, preventing misuse or wastage.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
• Resolve minor issues and escalate major concerns to the site engineer or project manager.
• Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and materials received/used.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets required standards.
• Guide and train workers as needed to improve productivity and workmanship.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a Foreman role within villa construction or maintenance projects.
• Good knowledge of general construction practices including electrical, plumbing, masonry, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and capable of working on-site in varying conditions.
• Basic spoken English or Arabic is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Villa MEP technician in UAE : 2 years (Preferred)
