Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor with a background in GRP or Fiberglass industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Manage a team of technicians and workers, providing guidance and monitoring performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at the site.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for updates and issue resolution.
• Monitor material usage and maintain inventory control at the site.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in installation, fabrication, and finishing of GRP/fiberglass works.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in GRP or Fiberglass industry as a Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of fiberglass/GRP fabrication, installation, and finishing processes.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Should be able to join immediately.

Education:

• Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering (preferred) or equivalent.
