We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring they have a positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet Visitors: Welcome and direct visitors with a positive attitude, providing assistance and answering any inquiries.
Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, in person providing accurate information about the company’s services or products.
Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials available.
Support Staff: Provide general support to staff and management as needed, including assisting with special projects or events.
Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
