Job Title: Camp Supervisor (Labor Camp)

Salary: Staring AED 4,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a committed and experienced Camp Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our labor camp operations. You will ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents while coordinating between departments, handling logistics, and directing camp staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily camp operations including housing, cleaning, maintenance, utilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Handle complaints, requests, and disputes professionally.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate maintenance schedules and services.
• Serve as the liaison between camp residents and management for smooth operations.
• Oversee hygiene audits, safety drills, and emergency response measures.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in labor camp supervision within the UAE.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse, multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English, Arabic is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office); familiarity with ERP/SAP is advantageous.
