We’re looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to drive client engagement and acquisition through digital-first marketing. You’ll craft compelling online content, develop automated email journeys, and help plan integrated campaigns that bring our brand to life across web, social, search, and other channels. Working closely with our agencies, internal teams, and compliance, you’ll ensure every digital touchpoint is clear, compliant, and designed to move prospects toward becoming clients.
What You Are Good At:- Designing and executing integrated, digital-first campaigns that align web, social, email, and events into a seamless client journey, ensuring every touchpoint moves more prospects to becoming clients.
- Creating compelling content across formats – from automated email journeys and landing pages to social posts and ads
- Optimizing performance with data-driven insights using analytics and CRM/automation tools to track engagement, refine strategies, and improve conversion outcomes'
Responsibilities:- Nurture & Engagement Programs
- Build and manage automated email journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as welcome series, educational sequences, and event follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain a centralized Email Preference Center, ensuring emails are properly tagged, categorized and optimized with links, CTAs and preview text for consistent client experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve findability/searchability across campaigns.
- Create content that nurtures prospects into becoming clients and keeps existing clients engaged.
- Integrated Campaign Planning
- Collaborate with internal teams to design campaigns that combine digital, social, events, and other channels.
- Ensure every touchpoint — from initial ad or post to follow-up content — works together as part of a cohesive experience.
- SEO/SEM Support
- Provide input on search keywords based on client needs, market trends, and advisor feedback.
- Incorporate priority keywords into web and content assets where appropriate.
- Content Creation & Messaging
- Write compelling copy for emails, landing pages, website content, articles, and social media posts.
- Ensure all messaging is aligned with brand standards and meets compliance requirements.
- Agency & Partner Collaboration
- Work with media and creative agencies to bring campaign concepts to life.
- Review targeting recommendations, creative concepts, and ad copy for alignment with goals and compliance.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign and email performance metrics.
- Suggest improvements based on engagement and conversion data.
What you have:- 4+ years in marketing, ideally in consumer-facing financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
- Proven ability to write engaging copy for a variety of digital formats.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM fundamentals and keyword research.
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for managing multiple projects at once.
