CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Campaign Enablement Coordinator. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Campaign Enablement.

CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.

The Campaign Enablement Coordinator (CEC) supports the execution of digital media campaigns by coordinating operational processes, maintaining campaign infrastructure, and assisting with creative asset management. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, compliant, and validated post-launch. The CEC helps drive process efficiency and delivers excellent client service at every stage of the campaign lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented team player with strong organizational and communication skills, who excels at supporting digital media campaign operations, collaborating across functions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist in the end-to-end execution of tentpole campaigns, supporting campaign setup, creative asset integration, and post-launch validation in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain campaign infrastructure, including SharePoint folders, Workfront projects, team communications, intake forms, and checklists to ensure campaign readiness and compliance.
  • Help manage SKU mapping and trafficking logistics for campaign activation.
  • Create screenshot decks, managing dashboard access, and validating proof-of-live to ensure campaign readiness, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Manage SKU submissions, conduct landing page QA, and integrate creative banners for tentpole and self-service campaigns to support a smooth client experience.
  • Contribute to the optimization of booked-to-bill workflows by providing operational support and helping ensure timely and accurate billing and campaign tracking

Location:

This role is hybrid and commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs, which you must work in the office of 2 days a week (Tuesday - Wednesday):

  • Boston or Wellesley, MA
  • Woonsocket, RI
  • New York, NY – Soho office
  • Blue Bell, PA
  • Chicago, IL

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in client services and/or project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Experience with campaign management tools such as SharePoint, Workfront, and Adobe Sign.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Familiarity with digital media campaign processes and creative asset management.
  • Experience supporting campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of dynamic creative optimization (DCO) and platforms like Innovid is a plus.

Education:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
