Job Description: Ad Campaign Executive (Google & Meta Ads)

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Ad Campaign Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. Your expertise in audience targeting, performance analytics, and campaign strategy will be crucial in helping us generate high-quality leads and achieve strong ROI across all paid marketing channels.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to design high-performing campaigns.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize conversions.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives, banners, videos, and copywriting.
  • Implement A/B tests for ads, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Ads Dashboard, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and improvement strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns run within allocated budgets while maintaining optimal performance.
  • Research new paid advertising trends, formats, and platform updates to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the SEO & marketing team to maintain consistency across organic and paid channels.
  • Support remarketing and retargeting campaigns using custom audiences and pixel-based strategies.
  • Troubleshoot ad disapprovals, pixel issues, conversion tracking errors, and technical concerns.
  • Assist in planning integrated digital campaigns combining paid ads, social media, and email marketing.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience managing paid ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign metrics like CTR, CPC, Quality Score, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Keyword Planner, etc.
  • Ability to create compelling ad copy and collaborate effectively with creatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization, lead funnels, and digital customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Sheets and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
