Job Description
Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and governance of all application-related campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and digital growth targets. This role carries full accountability for campaign performance, optimization, and business impact, operating in close coordination with the PMO framework.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the overall campaign management strategy in alignment with company goals and digital growth objectives.

Oversee the planning and execution of all digital campaigns and activations related to company applications.

Ensure campaign registration, approval, and governance through the PMO, maintaining full compliance with project governance standards.

Manage, mentor, and develop the Campaign Management team (Senior / Junior levels).

Assign responsibilities, track performance, and contribute to team evaluations.

Collaborate strategically with Performance, Growth, Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Manage campaign budgets, monitor spending efficiency, and optimize return on investment.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including:

CAC, CPI, LTV
-
DAU / MAU
-
Conversion and Retention Rates
-
ROI
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

7–10 years of experience in digital campaigns or app growth roles.

Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.

Strong expertise in data analysis and performance-driven decision-making.

Advanced knowledge of project management and PMO governance.
