Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Campaign Manager (4–5 years of agency experience required) to plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn. The role requires strong communication skills, client-facing confidence, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaign objectives are met.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for conversions, ROI, and engagement.
• Prepare and present campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with creative/content teams for campaign delivery.
• Communicate with clients professionally and maintain relationships.
• Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Client-facing, confident, and presentable personality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
