What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across the platform, including planning, setup, launch, and post-campaign analysis
  • Identify marketing and growth opportunities across user scenarios and translate them into clear campaign strategies
  • Design and manage campaign mechanics such as discounts, vouchers, bundles, and subsidy allocation to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Lead merchant and product selection to ensure strong campaign performance and user relevance
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance (e.g., conversion rate, GMV, ROI), identify gaps, and continuously optimize results
  • Build structured processes and playbooks to improve campaign execution efficiency and scalability
  • Support brand partnership initiatives within campaigns when relevant

What We Need From You

  • 2–5 years of experience in campaign operations, growth marketing, or platform operations within transaction-based industries (e.g., food delivery, e-commerce, fintech, telecom)
  • Hands-on experience managing in-app campaigns, promotions, or offers (e.g., discounts, vouchers, loyalty programs)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions (Excel required; SQL is a plus)
  • Good understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, and growth levers
  • Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is required
  • Based in Saudi Arabia or familiar with the local market
