About the Role
Sunbeams is seeking the services of an experienced and results-driven Campaign Manager to spearhead our Zakat Campaign 2026. This is a critical leadership role responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a large-scale fundraising campaign during the peak Zakat season.
The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing high-impact charity fundraising campaigns, strong donor engagement skills, and the ability to drive measurable results within tight timelines.
This is a short-term consultancy position, however, exceptional performers who deliver strong outcomes will be offered a permanent position on the Sunbeams Marketing & Fundraising Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the Zakat Campaign 2026
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Set clear fundraising targets, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring accountability and results
- Manage and coordinate with marketing, digital, content, and outreach teams
- Oversee donor acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
- Guide digital fundraising initiatives including social media, email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, and online donation platforms
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, partners, and influencers to maximize campaign reach
- Track daily/weekly performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management
- Ensure transparency, ethical fundraising practices, and brand consistency throughout the campaign
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in fundraising, campaign management, or resource mobilization
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale fundraising campaigns for charities, NGOs, or non-profits
- Strong understanding of Zakat fundraising dynamics, donor behavior, and seasonal giving trends
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and optimize campaigns in real time
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within short timeframes
