Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Patient Coordination
- Manage patient data generated through marketing and outreach campaigns
- Coordinate with front desk, doctors, counselors, and diagnostic teams for campaign patients
- Ensure smooth patient flow from registration to consultation and treatment
Patient Engagement & Follow-ups
- Call and guide patients regarding appointments, investigations, and procedures
- Provide clear information about campaign offers, eye check-ups, and treatments
- Handle patient queries and concerns related to campaigns
Campaign Execution Support
- Support on-ground activities during eye camps, hospital campaigns, and promotional events
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of campaign outcomes
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of patient leads, conversions, and follow-ups
- Prepare basic reports on campaign effectiveness and patient feedback
- Share insights with marketing and hospital management teams
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure high standards of patient service and satisfaction
- Follow hospital protocols, ethical practices, and data confidentiality guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline preferred: Marketing, Healthcare, or Management)
- Diploma or certification in healthcare administration is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (Telugu, English, Hindi preferred)
- Patient-friendly attitude with empathy and professionalism
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, hospital software)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team
- Willingness to work on campaigns, events, and flexible schedules if required
