We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Campaigns & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns with at least 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the UAE market. This is an in-person role requiring strong collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet campaign KPIs.
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover and nurturing of generated leads.
- Research and identify new opportunities for lead generation in the UAE market.
- Manage CRM systems to track, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce engaging campaign assets.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in campaigns and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience in creating data-driven campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be based in Dubai and able to work on-site/in-person.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in campaigns and lead generation.
