About the Role
The Digital Marketing Technical Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and automating digital marketing campaigns using technical tools, platforms, and data-driven strategies. This role bridges the gap between marketing and technology by implementing performance-driven solutions that maximize ROI and enhance online brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
- Manage SEO (on-page and off-page) strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns with automation tools.
- Technical Execution
- Manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Implement conversion tracking, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Set up and manage analytics dashboards, pixel integrations, and event tracking.
- Data & Performance Analysis
- Monitor KPIs, generate detailed performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct website audits and recommend improvements for performance, UX, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Use Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio to track and analyze user behavior.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with creative, content, and development teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Provide technical support for CRM, marketing tools, and lead management systems.
- Assist sales teams by ensuring lead quality, attribution tracking, and funnel optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in the IT sector with exposure to digital marketing, software/web solutions, or IT services.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong technical background.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of API integrations for marketing platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management workflows.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
