Marketing Executive - Graphic Design Focus

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong focus on graphic design and content creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Content Management

• Plan and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Design and publish visually compelling posts and short-form videos aligned with our brand identity.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and fostering a strong online community.

Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation

• Create original, on-brand graphics and assets for use in Reels, Stories, feed posts, and campaigns.
• Design before-and-after visuals, promotional materials, and branded templates.
• Develop engaging captions and CTAs that complement visual content.
• Capture and edit real-time content during in-clinic treatments, events, and launches.
• Ensure all content is optimized for each platform’s format and best practices.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor social media insights and KPIs to refine and improve content strategy.
• Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, graphic design, and content creation.
• Strong proficiency in design tools and video editing skills
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital trends.
• Excellent written English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive—able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Passionate about the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry.
