We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Camps Supervisor to oversee all camp operations for our EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day management of camp facilities, supporting workforce welfare, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance.

Your Role

As Camps Supervisor , you will have the following areas of accountabilities

• Manage the overall operation of the assigned camp to ensure organized and compliant accommodation.
• Ensure accommodation is allocated as per company policies and room occupancy standards.
• Ensure the camp operates in full compliance with UAE government regulations, including those set by the labour department, municipality, and civil defines.
• Enforce company HSE policies and ensure a safe and healthy living environment for all residents.
• Coordinate all civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance with the relevant departments or contractors.
• Ensure timely rectification of any maintenance issues and maintain a log of complaints and resolutions.
• Monitor infrastructure such as rooms, toilets, kitchens, water tanks, and communal areas to ensure proper functioning.
• Conduct regular HSE audits and coordinate with the HSE team for improvements.
• Oversee the food and catering services provided to employees, ensuring quality, quantity, and hygiene standards meet company expectations.
• Supervise the Camp Boss and ensure responsibilities are clearly delegated and followed.
• Manage housekeeping and cleaning teams to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the camp.
• Ensure that all camp residents follow camp rules and behave in accordance with company policy and UAE laws.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in camp or facility management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong background in the oil and gas, construction, or related sectors.
• Education : Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Facility Management or Business Administration. HACCP certifications would be an added advantage.
• Expertise : Working knowledge of basic maintenance (plumbing, electrical, etc.) is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and camp management systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks with a focus on cost and quality.
