 Your Role
 
 
 
 As a
 
 Workforce Welfare Officer
 
 , you will play a vital role in supporting workforce welfare compliance and engagement by:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, MOHRE requirements, and international workforce welfare standards (IFC, ILO).
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating workforce welfare audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation, records, and reporting systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring audit findings, compliance gaps, and corrective action plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting worker grievance mechanisms and welfare concerns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting welfare inductions, awareness programs, and worker welfare forums.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing workforce welfare reports, statistics, WPS records, and subcontractor submissions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with internal departments, subcontractors, clients, and auditors on workforce welfare requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting worker wellbeing initiatives and happiness programs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or heavy industries, preferably Oil &amp; Gas.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and international workforce welfare standards (IFC, ILO), with exposure to Occupational Health &amp; Safety. Experience supervising teams and managing large workforce populations.
 </li>

 As a
 
 Procurement Quality Supervisor,
 
 you will be responsible for ensuring that all procured civil materials, equipment, and services comply with Aramco standards, project specifications, and quality requirements throughout the procurement lifecycle. Further, you will be responsible for:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Supervise and monitor quality compliance of civil procurement activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve Material Submittals, Vendor Documents, and ITPs
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, and Vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct vendor inspections, audits, and evaluations
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure materials meet Aramco standards, SAES, SAMSS, and project specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Support pre-qualification and technical evaluation of suppliers
 </li>
 </ul>

 Experience

 Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in procurement quality or civil works

 Proven Civil Procurement Experience in large-scale projects

 Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and earned value management (EVM) reports
 </li>

 Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Construction, and Project Controls teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess cost impacts of scope changes, variations, and claims
 </li>
 <li>
 Support project management with accurate cost data for decision-making
 </li>

 Ensure full compliance with
 
 ARAMCO cost control procedures and reporting standards
 
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Experience:
 
 Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control within EPC Oil &amp; Gas projects. Must have proven experience working on ARAMCO projects.

 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or equivalent)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Expertise:
 
 Strong knowledge of project cost control tools, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, or other project control systems. Solid understanding of ARAMCO standards, procedures, and project controls environment Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment
