 As a
 
 QA/QC Manager
 
 , you will
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of project-specific QA/QC plans, Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage a multidisciplinary QA/QC team including inspectors, document controllers, and auditors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee all site inspections, testing, and quality surveillance activities in accordance with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and HSE teams to ensure consistent quality standards across all disciplines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with clients, EPC partners, and regulatory bodies on all quality-related matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct internal and external audits; report findings and drive corrective/preventive actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, API, ASME, and applicable project codes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage site NCRs, quality KPIs, and deliver timely reports to project leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support mechanical completion, commissioning, and final project handover documentation.
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 15+ years of QA/QC experience, with at least 5 years in EPC Oil &amp; Gas projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing QA/QC teams at major project sites.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS-CWI, API, ASNT Level II/III are highly advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 HSE certification related to material handling and logistics.
 </li>

 Skills and Expertise:

 HVAC Engineer
 
 , you will

 Design, review, and develop HVAC systems for Oil &amp; Gas EPC projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), SAMSS, and international codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and review: HVAC calculations (heat load, ventilation, pressure). Equipment selection (AHUs, chillers, exhaust fans, pressurization units)/ Technical datasheets, specifications, and BOQs
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with process, electrical, piping, and civil disciplines
 </li>
 <li>
 Review vendor drawings, technical submittals, and RFQs
 </li>
 <li>
 Support procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical support during site execution and resolve engineering issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in design reviews, HAZID/HAZOP, and client meetings with Saudi Aramco
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Experience:
 
 Must have
 
 
 8&ndash;12 years of HVAC experience in Oil &amp; Gas EPC projects. Must have Saudi Aramco projects experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Expertise:
 
 Saudi Aramco SAES &amp; SAMSS standards. ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, ISO standards. Proficiency in HVAC design tools and engineering software. Strong communication skills and experience dealing directly with Aramco representatives
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Others:
 
 Must have transferrable Iqama and willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
