We are currently seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer to join our project team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong EPC project exposure within the Oil & Gas sector and hands-on experience working on ARAMCO projects.

Your Role

As a Cost Control Engineer , you will:

• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow for EPC Oil & Gas projects
• Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and earned value management (EVM) reports
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Construction, and Project Controls teams
• Assess cost impacts of scope changes, variations, and claims
• Support project management with accurate cost data for decision-making
• Ensure full compliance with ARAMCO cost control procedures and reporting standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control within EPC Oil & Gas projects. Must have proven experience working on ARAMCO projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or equivalent)
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of project cost control tools, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, or other project control systems. Solid understanding of ARAMCO standards, procedures, and project controls environment Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment
