Procurement Quality Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Procurement Quality Supervisor with strong civil engineering background or civil procurement experience to support Aramco-approved projects.

YOUR ROLE

As a Procurement Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all procured civil materials, equipment, and services comply with Aramco standards, project specifications, and quality requirements throughout the procurement lifecycle. Further, you will be responsible for:

• Supervise and monitor quality compliance of civil procurement activities
• Review and approve Material Submittals, Vendor Documents, and ITPs
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, and Vendors
• Conduct vendor inspections, audits, and evaluations
• Ensure materials meet Aramco standards, SAES, SAMSS, and project specifications
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality reports
• Support pre-qualification and technical evaluation of suppliers

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement quality or civil works
• Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Infrastructure projects
• Proven Civil Procurement Experience in large-scale projects
• Vendor inspection and material compliance experience

Education / Certifications / Licenses

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Must be ARAMCO approved

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Aramco standards and QA/QC procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
