Campus Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security management of the campus and address administrative issues.
  • Assist with campus maintenance work and coordinate repairs and improvements.
  • Execute event planning and management, including communication with departments and vendors.
  • Oversee all outdoor work and visits to other campuses as required.
  • Manage departmental documentation, including final settlements, vendor bills, and quotations.
  • Supervise campus operations and housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience in administration
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills.
  • Bachelors or Master-level education in any discipline

Location: Hyderabad Palm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
