Campus Head

• Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Campus Head, located in Bahria Town Lahore District. The Campus Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school campus, ensuring the implementation of the educational curriculum, managing staff, as well as maintaining a safe and productive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include liaising with parents, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills: Experience in leading a team, managing school operations, and handling administrative tasks
• Educational expertise: Knowledge of educational curriculum, student assessment, and teaching methodologies
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Organizational skills: Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Problem-solving skills: Demonstrated ability to address and resolve conflicts and issues
• Experience in educational institutions is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Administration, or related field
