The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Campus Head (Female) to lead and manage one of our campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the campus.
• Oversee academic and administrative operations.
• Ensure high standards of education, training, and student satisfaction.
• Manage faculty, staff, and resources effectively.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Hospitality).
• Proven leadership and management experience in an academic setup.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Passion for education, training, and institutional growth.
