Campus Incharge

We’re looking for a dynamic Campus Incharge to lead the daily operations of IT Vocational Training Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Planning / Setup of the Vocational Centre
• Procurement and safe custody of Hardware, Equipment, etc.
• Lead student mobilization and outreach initiatives
• Develop and lead an effective team of trainers
• Develop and implement policies
• Coordination with Stakeholders, Board of Trustees
• Monitor and supervise campus operations, schedules and resources
• Oversee admissions, attendance and student assessments & certification

Key Competencies:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, education, IT, or related field. Candidates possessing relevant experience in managing training institutes, educational campuses would be preferred.
