About FS Education

FS Education is a NYC-based STEM education center offering Coding, Robotics (VEX), Math , Physics, and academic enrichment programs for students ages 6–18. With multiple campuses and growing enrollment, we are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Campus Manager to lead daily operations and drive growth at our Flushing campus.

Position Overview

The Campus Manager is responsible for overseeing campus operations, enrollment growth, parent communication, staff coordination, and overall student experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational execution, and customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both people and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campus Operations

• Oversee daily campus operations and ensure smooth class execution
• Manage classroom scheduling, teacher assignments, and room utilization
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Maintain attendance, enrollment, and student records
• Coordinate and supervise student participation in competitions during competition season, including registration, logistics, and accompanying students to events when required

2. Enrollment & Sales Growth

• Teach trial classes for prospective students to support enrollment conversion
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through consultation with parents
• Conduct campus tours and explain program pathways
• Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets

3. Parent & Student Experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents
• Handle concerns, feedback, and retention strategies
• Maintain high satisfaction and retention rates
• Organize campus events, competitions, and showcases

4. Team Leadership

• Supervise instructors and teaching assistants
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training
• Monitor teaching quality and classroom standards
• Foster a positive, performance-driven team culture

5. Reporting & Performance Management

• Track KPIs including enrollment, retention, revenue, and teacher utilization
• Prepare weekly and monthly campus performance reports
• Collaborate with the marketing team on local promotions

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Chinese)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in K–12 education, tutoring centers, or enrichment programs preferred
• STEM degree preferred

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Flushing campus.

Regular hours:

• Wednesday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekend availability is required. Additional hours may occasionally be necessary during peak enrollment periods or competition season.

Compensation

Work Authorization

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Visa sponsorship (including OPT and H-1B) may be available for qualified candidates. Employment-based green card sponsorship may also be considered based on performance and long-term fit with the organization.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
