MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine and ensure effective maintenance of organized structure on campus and develop closely interact with Administrator and take actions where necessary, and set his priorities according to organizational needs.
- Supervise effective working of all subordinates and provide managerial assistance to all develop effective team, resolve day-to-day issues and interpersonal conflicts related to employees and processes.
- Prepare budget for services and others department and keep all costs within approved parameters.
- To ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory regulations.
- Responsible for maintenance and quality of facilities, kids homes, youth home, Girls Hostels, lawns and entire housekeeping of Roshni Homes premises including the Hostel facility on campus.
- Ensuring security measures are in place for all residents.
- Monitor all objectives and strategic goals for operations and finances and ensure achievement of same.
- Develop new academic programs and provide modifications to all current programs.
- Coordinate with Human Resource department and develop various succession plans for management and staff under strategic guidance of CEO office and Board of Trustees.
- Closely work with HR department and ensure implementation of relevant policies, procedures, organizational structure, job description, training & development.
- Assist management with accurate information as required for all campus associate activities and initiate decisions.
- Liaise with HR department for recruitment decisions, disciplinary actions, and release of employees.
- Supervise all administration, purchasing, services and operation functions for campus and ensure completion of all demands.
- Supervise and provide required training to mid-level management.
- To supervise the implement calibration, testing and inspection of safety devices and other equipment’s as recommended by the manufacturer.
- To supervise the preventive maintenance of entire premises including building, equipment, furniture and fixtures, etc. and ensure implementation after its approvals.
- Closely supervisor and monitor progress of construction work of new blocks and submit project progress reports to the CEO. Take measures to ensure timely completion of the projects.
- Responsible for continuous monitoring of services and maintenance activities and take corrective and preventive actions to achieve quality standards.
- Act as mentor for his team and transfer technical and managerial know-how to his team members as and when required.
- Responsible to achieve optimum efficiency through gainful deployment of resources on his disposal.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the Youth Children and their monitoring of their regular academic activities and result reports.
- To guide supervisors of Youth homes and counsel them about youth children psychological and behavioral issues
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
EDUCATION
Master and M.Phil.in Business Administration, Project Management and/or in Social sciences
EXPERIENCE
At least 7-10-year experience of project management preferably in student boarding or resident manager for academic institutes.
