Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and highly organized Campus Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of our campus locations. Operating at the intersection of student academics, admissions, student services, and career counseling, you will hold comprehensive ownership of the campus ecosystem.

In this critical leadership role, you will lead a diverse team of administrative and academic staff, manage student lifecycle metrics, audit compliance and records, and maintain an outstanding campus environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational capability with a student-first mindset, possessing at least 5 years of management experience, with a solid background in private post-secondary or vocational education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Administrative Operations

  • Oversee and streamline daily campus operations, ensuring seamless coordination between Student Academics, Admissions, Student Services, and Career Support teams.
  • Assist in the strategic development, rollout, and implementation of academic training plans, course timetables, and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate daily workflows and customer service processes continuously, making swift adjustments to elevate operational efficiency and maximize student satisfaction.

2. Student Services & Record Auditing

  • Take ultimate accountability for resolving student grievances, addressing dissatisfaction with high empathy, professionalism, and decisive corrective action.
  • Oversee and audit the maintenance of precise student records, academic performance trackers, financial/fee clearance reports, and enrollment documentation.
  • Cultivate a supportive campus culture that balances structural discipline with strong student engagement and positive retention.

3. Strategic Metrics & Program Growth

  • Drive, monitor, and report on key campus performance indicators, including new student enrollments, quarterly program rollouts, student retention, and graduate employment rates.
  • Partner with the corporate leadership team at Skillston Pvt Ltd to identify opportunities for new program development and vocational training initiatives.
  • Measure and analyze campus satisfaction levels (students, graduates, and hiring employers) to guide continuous operational refinement.

4. Team Leadership & Staff Development

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop campus administrative and support staff, ensuring clear alignment with departmental goals and institutional policies.
  • Facilitate professional growth opportunities for staff members, fostering individual capabilities and executing structured performance reviews.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain strict compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs), academic guidelines, and administrative policies of the institute.

5. Corporate Alliances & Industry Relations

  • Build and nurture strong institutional relationships with external schools, colleges, employment agencies, and hospitality industry partners to drive brand visibility and student opportunities.
  • Plan, host, and successfully execute annual career fairs, graduation ceremonies, guest speaker sessions, and promotional student events.
  • Assist graduates in achieving exceptional employment placements through proactive industry outreach and employer linkages.

6. Campus Maintenance & Safety Management

  • Maintain an attractive, modern, safe, and highly functional campus environment that reflects Skillston’s premium brand standards.
  • Supervise facilities management, ensuring classrooms, IT infrastructure, public spaces, and specialized culinary labs are perfectly maintained and operational.

Job Skills & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Required). A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Educational Leadership, or Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of active management experience in an educational, corporate training, or operational setup (Required).
  • At least 3 years of dedicated experience within private post-secondary education, vocational training academies, or higher education institutions (Required).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for scheduling, performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Experience working with School Management Systems (SMS), student databases, or ERP platforms.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Natural leadership and diplomatic mentoring style, capable of guiding multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution and crisis management skills.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail regarding both administrative compliance and facility standards.
