The Campus Manager is responsible for overseeing academic, training, and operational functions to ensure the consistent delivery of institutional education standards. The role provides leadership to faculty, administrative, and support teams to achieve strong learning outcomes, an exceptional student experience, and full compliance with institutional policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate all academic, administrative, and operational functions to ensure effective daily campus operations and the achievement of institutional goals.
- Provide oversight of all campus departments, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Uphold high standards of academic delivery, training quality, and student services in collaboration with departmental leaders.
- Drive student admissions, retention, and satisfaction through targeted marketing, engagement, and student support initiatives.
- Manage campus budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls to support financial sustainability.
- Oversee campus facilities, health and safety, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in a well-reputed college or university
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in a relevant field. A master's degree will be preferred.
- Proven experience as a campus manager in any reputable college or university.
- Prior experience in managing faculty, administrative, and operational teams
