About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Camunda Architect to join our team. As a Camunda Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Camunda-based workflow orchestration solutions to streamline and automate key business processes. You will play a critical role in defining the architecture, ensuring scalability, and providing technical leadership to a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPMN, DMN, microservices architecture, and integration with various systems and services. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to mentor and guide other team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Architected and implemented Camunda-based workflow orchestration platform managing millions of process instances monthly.
- Designed microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Kafka for process integration and event-driven orchestration.
- Defined BPMN and DMN models for key business processes such as loan approvals, claims, and onboarding.
- Integrated Camunda with external APIs, legacy systems, and cloud-native services using REST and messaging queues.
- Mentored a team of developers on Camunda best practices, process versioning, and performance tuning.
- Implemented Camunda Optimize dashboards to monitor process SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Camunda workflows and related integrations.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the Camunda platform.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Camunda features and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Camunda workflows and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on workflow automation.
- 5+ years of experience with Camunda BPMN engine, including modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of BPMN and DMN standards.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in Java/.Net/Spring Boot.
- Experience with messaging queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
