Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, payroll entries & general ledger posting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
- Complete bank, credit card & account reconciliations in a timely manner
- Handle GST/HST/PST filings, WSIB, EHT, and other provincial remittances
- Support year-end closing, working papers preparation & adjustments with CPA firm
- Enter and review journal entries, accruals, amortization & depreciation
- Assist with T4/T5/T1/T2 filing support and CRA correspondence
- Maintain accurate books using QuickBooks Online / Xero / Sage
- Communicate with Canadian clients regarding queries & documentation follow-up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
