Job Summary:-
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Canada Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for Canadian clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for roles across IT and Non-IT domains within the Canadian job market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Canada-based requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Understand client requirements and job specifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian hiring standards and recruitment processes.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills
- Experience in Canada recruitment / North America recruitment.
- Good understanding of Canadian job market and hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job portals (Indeed, Monster, etc.)
- Boolean search techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good stakeholder and candidate management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for IT roles (Developers, Cloud, Data, QA, Support, etc.).
- Knowledge of Canadian work authorization types (PR, Citizen, Work Permit).
- Experience working with staffing or consulting companies.
