Our client is a large food company in the Middle Eastwith an exceptionalopportunity in Dubai. They need a Bakery Plant / ProductionManager for a large bakery producing potato buns and rolls.Base salary USD $4,200 month plus the40% for expat allowances, but willing to consider higher base for candidates with exceptional backgrounds. Open to all nationalities if coming from one of the firms listed below.

You will handle daily operations ofhigh volume production and packaging processes. We are looking for candidates from companies that produce no less than 300 thousand bags of buns per day because this isthe production levelthey aim to achieve in the future.So, the person will help them setup the bakery according to the highest standards and to start high volume production.

Ideally we need someone with at least 3-5 years experience in the role of a Bakery Production Manager, a HACCP Certification, and related diploma in culinary arts or related.

In addition to salary the firm will pay for relocating you to Dubai and provide additional allowances for housing, transportation, Air tickets,Visas, etc. and Medical carecovered in executive category with a AmericanInsurance Company which is provided soon after joining.
