Invitation for Quotations – Renovation & Modification Work at Azakhel UNHCR Hub, KPK

Inspire Pakistan is a locally registered nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening communities across Pakistan through sustainable development, improved health and education, and economic empowerment. With a focus on vulnerable and under-served populations, Inspire Pakistan works directly with communities to create lasting solutions that are locally owned and contextually relevant.

The organization operates in close coordination with government departments, civil society partners, and community stakeholders to deliver impactful programs in:

• Health and Nutrition
• Education and Youth Development
• Livelihoods and Economic Empowerment
• Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)

Emergency Response and Disaster Preparedness

Inspire Pakistan invites quotations from qualified and experienced vendors for renovation and modification work at the Azakhel UNHCR Hub in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).

Interested vendors are requested to carefully review the detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the requested work, along with the terms and conditions mentioned, before submitting their quotation.

Eligibility

This tender is open to all legally registered organizations operating in Pakistan or any country not under UNSC sanctions. Organizations from countries subject to UNSC sanctions or appearing on UNHCR's suspended/debarred vendors list are not eligible to participate.

The quotation must include all applicable taxes. All vendors are requested to submit their proposals to:

Quotation Submission Requirements

In order to be considered, quotations must be valid for 20 days from the date of submission and must include:

• Complete vendor contacts information on company letterhead, signed – including vendor's physical address and full legal name
• Description/schedule of BOQ being offered
• Price offered for goods and/or services, including associated costs (detailed breakdown including unit price, total price – all pricing in PKR)
• Current contact information for at least 3 past customer references
• Confirmation that labor and goods are in stock
• Payment terms including banking details

Documentation to Demonstrate Capability

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Operational Documents
• Valid License Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate
• Valid GST Certificate (if applicable)

General Terms & Conditions

Inspection & Acceptance:

After issuance of the Purchase Order (PO), Inspire Pakistan will verify the work before delivery/installation at the requested site.

Late Submissions:
Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.

Award Authority:
Inspire Pakistan may:

• (a) reject any or all quotations
• (b) accept other than the lowest quotation
• (c) accept more than one quotation
• (d) issue contracts for some or all of the deliverables

Discussions:

Inspire Pakistan may award a contract without discussions. Offerors are strongly encouraged to submit their best quotations with their original submissions. Inspire Pakistan reserves the right to conduct discussions, which may result in revisions to quotations, with one or more offeror(s) if determined necessary.

Evaluation |Selection: LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable)

Notification:

Bidders who have not received any notification from Inspire Pakistan within one month after the deadline of the RFQ should consider themselves unsuccessful.
