The Candidate Services Specialist assists with all aspects of Petition Filing, Campaign Finance reporting for candidates and political committees, and Ballot Creation. The specialist also provides administrative support in the general operation of the department, assists in the preparation for all elections and handles all matters with tact, efficiency and professionalism.

High school diploma or equivalency at a minimum.

Proficiency with Microsoft® WORD, EXCEL, mail merge and labels.

Ability to become well versed in PA Election laws and Election Day procedures.

Proficient data entry and typing skills.

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Must be accurate, detail oriented and well organized.

Knowledge of the SURE Voter Registration system preferred.
