The Role
We’re building a crew of market killers to expand our footprint in Massachusetts, with future lanes in New York and Connecticut. As a Territory Broker, you’re not just a salesperson—you’re the eyes and ears on the ground, plugged into dispensary buyers, managers, and the streets.

• Hustle deals with dispensaries, lounges, and delivery operators.
• Rep our full brand portfolio: Beantown Greentown (affordable bangers), Erva (premium craft + hash), Chill Medicated (legendary syrups), Packs (ultra-premium infused blunts and cones).
• Build relationships that stick—turn every shop into a loyal account.
• Report back intel: what’s moving, what’s not, who’s sleeping, who’s hungry.
