Cannabis Marketing Coordinator (Design-Focused)

We are looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support both our retail and wholesale teams. This role focuses on creating marketing assets while staying aware of day-to-day business needs and jumping in where support is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Create marketing assets including social media graphics, promotional images, menus, and in-store materials
• Support retail and wholesale teams with marketing needs as they arise
• Stay aware of promotions, product drops, and events to proactively create supporting materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Assist with quick-turn requests, updates, and revisions
• Keep design files and assets organized

Requirements:

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Interest in cannabis industry is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
