About Us

Canna Club LLC is a dedicated Colorado cannabis operator managing six retail

locations. We are committed to operational excellence and compliance in the state’s

evolving market. We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to lead our

multi-store administrative and financial functions.

The Role

As the Office Administrator, you will be the central hub for our six retail locations,

managing critical financial workflows and complex inventory procurement. You will

ensure that our operations remain fully compliant with Colorado’s Marijuana

Enforcement Division (MED) regulations while optimizing efficiency across the

organization.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Administration: Execute all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable

(AR) tasks accurately using QuickBooks Online, working hand in hand with our in house accountant.

Inventory & Purchasing: Oversee the strategic purchasing of third-party products for all

6 retail locations. This includes vendor coordination and detailed inventory planning.

Regulatory Compliance: Manage all METRC tracking and reporting to ensure complete

compliance with Colorado state laws.

Supply Chain Support: Coordinate and order all office and operational supplies to

support consistent performance across our multi-store footprint.

Operational Efficiency: Implement administrative functions designed to improve

operational efficiency and communication across all locations.

Requirements

MED Badge Required: Candidates must possess a valid Colorado Marijuana

Enforcement Division (MED) Employee License.

QuickBooks Proficiency: Experience managing AP/AR in QuickBooks Online.

METRC Experience: Proven track record using METRC for inventory tracking and

compliance reporting.

Logistics Mindset: Ability to manage logistics and vendor relationships for multiple retail

locations.
