Canteen Worker (crew member)

· Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring food delivery supplies are in order, account for meal service and A la carte sales.

· Always ensure that stock is kept at an adequate level, rotated correctly, and is not held in excessive quantities

· Ensure that all food goods are received and stored in accordance with correct food and hygiene standards

· Provide pleasant and positive interaction with school students and staff

· Supervising crew members in food displays & food orders.

· Generally overseeing the service before and during each service as needed.

· In charge of POS system

· Ensuring crew members are following the food safety procedure and Slices sanitation

· Order goods from Purchasing Dept (with approval from Line Manager), check deliveries for quantity and quality, and retain correct documentation

Notifying Outlet Manager or Operation Manager for any operational issues and food shortages.
