Key Responsibilities / Duties
1. Creative Production
  • Design social media creatives, brochures, pitch decks, ads, banners, product flyers, brand book pages, and manuals using Canva.
  • Create and maintain multi-page A4 documents (manuals, guides, spec sheets) with consistent spacing, hierarchy, and structure.
  • Develop reusable templates for brand teams.
  • Adapt creatives to different formats (A4 → website banner → social posts).

2. Branding & Consistency
  • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines for each brand.
  • Implement brand color codes, typography rules, spacing grids, and iconography consistently.
  • Build and manage Canva Brand Kits for each brand.

3. Marketing & Product Alignment
  • Convert rough ideas, written input, or low-fidelity drafts into polished visuals.
  • Work with marketing, website, and 3D/animation teams to integrate renders, device shots, icons, and product imagery.
  • Prepare visually aligned assets for product launches, presentations, and B2B decks.

4. Quality & Speed
  • Deliver clean, premium-quality designs with quick turnaround.
  • Organise all file structures, versions, and folders in Canva for easy reference.
  • Apply excellent grammar, spacing, layout balance, and design cleanliness.

Requirements
Technical & Design Skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in Canva (Brand Kits, background removal, animation, grids, mockups, styles, Magic Rewrite, advanced layers).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, color theory, visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to design from scratch without relying on pre-made templates.
  • Comfortable working with product renders, images, and technical text.
  • Optional bonus: Basic Photoshop/Illustrator for small edits (not mandatory).

Experience
  • 2–5 years of professional design experience.
  • Proven experience designing A4 manuals, brand guides, or multi-page documents.
  • Portfolio demonstrating clean, minimal, high-quality design taste.

Soft Skills
  • Fast, organised, detail-oriented.
  • Ability to understand abstract instructions and turn them into visuals.
  • High ownership — zero handholding after initial briefing.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving, multi-brand environment.

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience designing product manuals or tech collateral.
  • Familiarity with smart home, consumer electronics, or luxury brands.
  • Ability to create icons, simple illustrations, or visual systems inside Canva.
