Canva Specialist (Project Based)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Visual QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Canva and have a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour composition, and design rules. They should also have a keen eye for detail and excellent quality assurance skills. Additionally, the candidate should have good English communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough reviews of design templates to ensure that all images, graphics, and elements are relevant, high-quality, and align with the intended purpose and theme.

• Verifying that templates adhere to core design rules, including typography, colour composition, layout balance, and overall visual aesthetics.

• Using Canva to evaluate and test the usability, editability, and functionality of templates.

• Identifying and addressing any design inconsistencies, alignment issues, image quality problems, or mismatched elements across templates.

• Validating that templates meet approved criteria and guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

• Collaborating with the team and providing actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement in review quality.

• Reviewing templates for cultural appropriateness and language-specific nuances, if applicable.

• Maintaining comprehensive QA logs, issue reports, and improvement recommendations to streamline the review process.

• Working independently on QA projects and handling pressure to meet deadlines.

Job Specifications:

• Excellent English communication skills • Previous experience in a design or creative field

• A strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour composition, and design rules

• Strong quality assurance skills and attention to detail

• The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Availability to work five days a week, 9 hours a day • A minimum age of 18 years and a valid CNIC
