HAVN Construction is growing fast, and we are looking for a proven Canvas Leader to help us scale our retail division.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has already led or performed at a high level in door-to-door, preferably in roofing or appointment setting.

If you know how to build momentum in the field, develop people, and consistently generate qualified appointments, this is a serious opportunity to step into a leadership role with real upside.

The Role

As a Canvas Leader, you will be responsible for leading from the front while helping build and manage a team of door-to-door reps.

This includes:

  • Generating your own appointments in the field
  • Training and developing newer reps
  • Helping set daily and weekly targets
  • Driving accountability and performance
  • Ensuring quality appointments are being set for the sales team

You will work closely with sales leadership to ensure your team is producing consistent, qualified opportunities.

Compensation

  • $70,000–$100,000+ total compensation (base + commission)

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing (required)
  • Experience in roofing or home services is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership ability
  • High level of personal accountability
  • Competitive, driven, and team-oriented
  • Ability to lead by example in the field
