Canvasser

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated Canvasser to join our team. As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in engaging with the community, setting in home estimates for window replacement services.

Responsiblities will include: knocking on a high volume of doors, identifying qualified homeowners, overcoming objections, and setting qualified appointments. Ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast pace team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work at least 20-30 hours per week with a schedule to be determined by direct manager.
• Generate qualified window replacement estimates through neighborhood canvassing (door knocking) in accordance with current window installations scheduled.
• Reliable transportation to meet at company office or on site in canvassing neighborhood
• Work with the Canvassing manager on a daily and weekly basis to achieve quotas and goals

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to commicate effectively
• Commitment to learn effective sales and canvassing skills
• US work authorization
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and own reliable transportation
• Must work well independently and have the ability to prioritize.
