Owns the CAPA process and manages documentation and follow-up of quality incidents
Responsibilities

Track and monitor CAPA progress and closure.

Perform root cause analysis for identified issues.

Support teams in developing and implementing effective action plans.

Ensure CAPA documentation is complete and compliant with company standards.

Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to verify effectiveness.

Prepare CAPA reports and provide regular status updates to management.

Identify trends and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
